Services to Help You Build What Your Users Actually Want
Whether you're auditing an existing site, planning a redesign, validating a new product, or building in-house research capability, I offer flexible research and strategy services tailored to your goals.
I’m interested in:
UX Research & Strategy
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
Understand what your users actually need — through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analytics — then turn those insights into a clear strategy. Whether you need research alone, validation for a new idea, or research plus a full roadmap, this is where it starts.
This package flexes to three levels of depth, depending on what you need:
Research Only
Perfect for: Feature development, onboarding optimization, understanding adoption barriers, identifying pain points
Deliverables: Research plan, interview/test sessions (recorded), insights summary, user personas or journey maps, prioritized recommendations
Pricing: Starting at $6,500 (2-4 weeks)
Small study: 5-8 participants, basic analysis
Medium study: 10-15 participants, deep synthesis
Large study: Multiple methods, comprehensive deliverables
Research + Validation
Perfect for: New products or features, pivots, market validation. Answers the question, "should we build this?"
Deliverables: Validation report, concept test results, adoption barrier analysis, feature prioritization framework, go/no-go recommendations
Pricing: Starting at $8,000 (3-4 weeks)
Research + Strategy Roadmap
Perfect for: Strategy planning, roadmap prioritization, comprehensive discovery. An ideal choice for when you need both insight and a clear path forward
Deliverables: User research findings, strategic analysis, feature prioritization roadmap, recommendations, implementation plan
Pricing: Custom, depending on your business details and needs (4-8 weeks)

Website & Product Audits
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
A clear-eyed, evidence-based look at what's working on your current site or product — and what isn't. Before recommending any changes, I dig into how real visitors actually behave, using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics, to pinpoint exactly where people get confused, frustrated, or leave.
Perfect for: Sites or products that aren't converting the way they should, teams unsure whether to redesign or make targeted fixes, getting a second opinion before a big investment
Deliverables: Written audit report, heatmap/behavioral analysis (where applicable), prioritized list of issues, recommendations, optional Loom walkthrough
Pricing:
Starting at $500 (1-2 weeks)
Basic audit: site review + written report + Loom walkthrough
Comprehensive audit: adds behavioral data analysis (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics review)

Informartion Architecture & Site Structure
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
Your site's structure should match how your actual visitors think and search — not how your internal team organizes things. I use methods like tree testing and card sorting to understand real user mental models, then design navigation and content structure around that.
Perfect for: Sites with confusing navigation, high bounce rates, or content visitors can't find; new sites that need a structure built from scratch
What Deliverables Will I Receive?
Deliverables: Tree testing/card sorting results, site map, navigation recommendations, content structure plan
How Much Could This Cost Me?
Starting at $3,000 (3-5 weeks)

Accessibility & Compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA)
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
Ensure your site or product meets WCAG/ADA accessibility standards and works for everyone, including people using assistive technology. This service can be standalone or integrated into a research or redesign project.
Perfect for: Any business wanting to reduce legal risk and reach more customers.
Note: I welcome smaller and solo businesses, offering flexible pricing options.
Deliverables: WCAG compliance audit, accessibility remediation recommendations, testing with assistive technologies, optional re-test
Pricing: Starting at $1,500
Basic audit: $1,500-2,500
Comprehensive audit + remediation: $3,000-5,000
Accessibility testing with disabled users: $4,000-6,000

SEO & AEO/GEO/AI Discoverability
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
Getting found matters as much as looking good. I review your site's technical SEO foundation and structure your content so it performs in traditional search and shows up correctly when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT for recommendations — a fast-emerging area most sites haven't caught up on yet.
Perfect for: Sites with low organic traffic, businesses wanting to show up in AI-powered search/recommendations, anyone unsure if their content is structured in a way search engines and AI tools can actually understand
Deliverables: Site crawl and meta review, schema/structured content recommendations (including FAQ schema), prioritized action list
Pricing: Starting at $2,500 (1-2 weeks)
Basic audit: crawl, meta review, recommendations
Comprehensive: adds hands-on schema/structured content implementation guidance

Website Redesign Foundations
What Is This, And Why Should I Do It?
A full, evidence-based foundation before a single page gets designed. Combines site review, competitive analysis, audience research, and messaging strategy into a clear plan — so your redesign is built on real user insight, not guesswork or internal opinions.
Perfect for: Businesses planning a full site redesign, teams who've been burned by redesigns that didn't move the needle, anyone who wants confidence before a big investment
Deliverables: Site structure map, competitive analysis, audience/user research, messaging and content strategy, wireframe sketches
Pricing: Starting at $8,000 (6-10 weeks)

Start with a free 30-minute consultation. We'll discuss your product goals, timeline, and budget, and I'll recommend the right approach—whether that's customer research, product validation, or something else.
-
We often believe we understand our audience, and I admit I fall into this trap sometimes! However, our biases can hide their most important needs. That's why it's essential to have meaningful conversations about your product and how it can meet their unique needs and wants.
-
Customer Research helps you understand existing users—their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use this to improve current products.
Product Validation tests new ideas before building—concepts, features, or pivots. Use this to de-risk investment in new development.
-
Both! I've worked with early-stage startups (pre-product-market fit) and growth-stage companies. Services scale to your budget and stage.
-
Consultation: We will start with having a 30-min conversation about your goals and the service you are interested in. Plus, we’ll get to know each other and determine if this will be a good fit.
Discovery: After signing the contract, we have a deeper conversation about your business and the website’s target audience. This is a great time to provide me with any research you may have done on your own — I would love to see it!
Let’s Get to Work: After we solidify the direction and I get to know your brand, I begin the work and focus on generating your deliverables.
(Optional) Project Check-In: If you would like, we can have a meeting at the halfway point to discuss what has been done and what to expect next.
Final Deliverables: Lastly, I present the reports/findings to you in a 60-min video call. You will also receive a copy of all of the deliverables originally agreed upon at the beginning.
(Optional) Testimonial: As a small business, interested clients look for social proof of a job well done. This is totally optional, of course, but a testimonial at the end of the project is always welcome.

Great question! The answer is yes. I am a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies — granted by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.
-
Yes! Many clients move to retainer arrangements ($3K-5K/month) for ongoing research support. I'm also available for one-off projects as needs arise.
-
Yes, I do require a deposit before the work starts. For longer projects (6+ weeks), we can split into thirds (33% deposit, 33% midpoint, 34% final).
Important Note: If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let me know! We can discuss payment plans or a discounted rate.
